Founded in 1974 and built in an abandoned gas station in Sharon, PA, the Quaker Steak & Lube brand includes more than 30 locations in seven states across the U.S. Quaker Steak & Lube restaurants combine unique decor, including gas station memorabilia, classic cars, and motorcycles, with crave-able food and high-octane entertainment events. Job Summary
We are looking for a Server who brings friendly energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow. As a member of the team, you’ll help give our guests a dining experience they will never forget
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction
- Greets guests promptly, assist with menu selection, and makes recommendations when necessary
- Accurately takes and places orders, delivering them promptly once prepared
- Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
- Maintains cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry during shift
- Completes all side work as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
- Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
