Job Responsibilities
The To-Go Specialist will be responsible for:
- Taking and packaging to-go orders with accuracy
- Selling merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
- Assisting with menu selection and making recommendations when necessary
- Addressing guest concerns or issues and escalating to management as needed
- Maintaining a clean and stocked to-go area throughout the shift
Requirements
- Prior to-go or host/cashier experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
