Job Summary
We are seeking a Host/Cashier to provide exceptional guest experiences at Quaker Steak & Lube. As a member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed.
- Sell merchandise, including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings.
- Ensure the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift.
- Take and package to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and taking payments from guests.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required; however, previous host/cashier experience is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is necessary.
- The capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
- The ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods is also required.
