Job Summary
We are looking for a Host/Cashier Team Member who will provide a prompt and friendly welcome to every guest. You will be the first and last impression of Quaker Steak & Lube - make it a good one!
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed
- Sell merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
- Ensure the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
- Take and package to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and take payments from guests
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No experience is required. Prior host/cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
