About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent and the Personnel Office in the Quaker Valley School District. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our district's administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Leadership: Provide confidential administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent and the Personnel Office, including preparing correspondences, maintaining calendars, and managing budgets.
- Employment Processes: Oversee the district's employment applicant tracking system, job postings, advertising, interview scheduling, and applicant correspondences.
- Personnel Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files for all active, archived, and extra-duty employees, and assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and special events as requested by the Assistant Superintendent.
- Document Management: Develop and implement effective document management systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Communication: Serve as liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate communication.
- Student Placements: Coordinate student teacher, intern, or other field placements with local colleges and universities.
- Absence Management: Track and manage district-wide absences, performing regular reconciliations and reports.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent.
