Job Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for learning a range of job responsibilities that are essential to our operations. You will work as part of a team to produce high-quality window and door products from start to finish. This includes conducting regular quality inspections, identifying defects, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. You should also be a team player who is ready to learn and grow. We offer on-the-job training, so no experience is necessary.
Work Schedule
We currently have openings on day and night shifts. Day shift hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, while night shift hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
