Quakertown Mitsubishi is a rapidly growing dealership based in Eastern Pennsylvaina and has an immediate opening for an experienced Floor / Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for helping maintain the sales staff, sales process, and ensure accountability with our CRM while maximizing gross profit.
- Manage Sales Staff
- TO all customers
- Maximize store profit
- Assist and manage BDC
- Manage the CRM and various third party vendors
- Conduct manager phone calls and customer follow up
- Continuously drive additional business to store
- Assist used car manager with appraisals
Vinsolutions, Dealertrack experience is a plus, but not required.
MINIMUM 5 YEARS DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
