Your Mission as BDC/Internet Manager:

- Lead, Coach, & Inspire: Build a high-performing BDC team by hiring, mentoring, and motivating top talent.
- Master the CRM: Leverage VinSolutions CRM to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and close deals like a pro.
- Deliver Excellence: Confirm and follow up on all unsold showroom traffic and daily appointments, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Take Control: Oversee all lead management, ensuring timely responses and exceptional quality.
- Innovate & Execute: Create and manage impactful internet and phone campaigns that drive traffic and results.
- Keep Us Current: Monitor website functionality and ensure all specials are fresh, exciting, and relevant.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
