Internet Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Auto Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various online platforms, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales for our automotive products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.

Duties

• Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide information about products and services.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates to the online catalog.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and assist in inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing online sales performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math concepts.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of automotive sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
