Rapid Prototype Technician
QUALA is seeking a rapid prototype technician to join our prototyping team. This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art lab with a team that is focused on the development of hardware for next generation consumer electronic devices. This is an on-site role in Redmond, WA.
Principle Responsibilities :
- SLA printer operation
- 3D Model geometry repair and prep for printing
- Build setup (focus on efficient SLA support generation)
- Operate and maintain RP printer equipment
- Post Processing of RP parts (focus on SLA support removal and post processing of parts)
- Part distribution to customers
- Material and consumables inventory tracking
- Oversee and track team KPI’s
