Reports to : Vice President of Finance
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as primary point of contact for all providers regarding compensation. Manage calculation and communication of provider’s compensation based off of varying contracts and regulatory requirements, including monthly and quarterly calculations for delivery to payroll and individual providers.Calculate and provide payroll with any monthly or quarterly office bonus programs, included but not limited to retail sales incentives and aesthetician commissionsPrepare Provider Compensation Profiles for COO reviewPartner with Recruiting, Operations, and HR on compensation modeling for recruiting targetsLead monthly accounting provider on-boarding and status meetingMaintain master provider compensation scheduleComplete accrual calculation and prepare journal entry related to provider compensation as part of month-end closeModel provider compensation for business development dealsPrepare monthly provider deficit reporting and break-even analysisTake ownership of FP&A reporting for delivery to operations, including :Qualifications :
Bachelor of Finance / Accounting or equivalent experience2 -3 years of dedicated financial analysis of multi-state / site operationsPhysician Compensation and Physician Practice Management experience preferred2-5 years Exposure in Healthcare requiredProvider Employment Contract knowledgeStrong skills in Excel requiredBenefits of Joining Pinnacle Dermatology
