Job Summary:
The Retail Coordinator plays a vital role in the effective management and growth of our retail services. This position involves coordinating day-to-day operations within the retail setting, ranging from inventory management to customer service, ensuring all products and services meet the high standards set by QualDerm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and organizing merchandise to provide an appealing shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, patient education materials, and events that drive retail sales.
- Train and supervise staff on retail product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance to make data-driven decisions on inventory and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting environment for patients.
- Track and report sales data, inventory levels, and performance metrics to management.
- Promote skin health awareness and educate patients about appropriate skincare products and services.
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
