Position: Machinist (Lathe / CNC / Manual)
Location: Louisa, VA
Duration: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Range: Up to $30/hour (based on experience)

\n- Precision Machining: Operate Lathe, Manual, and/or CNC machines to create high-quality, precision parts.
- Lathe Operations: Perform lathe operations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precision manufacturing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Safely maintain and operate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance: Produce precision work within tight tolerances and deadlines, delivering consistent results.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a machinist, with a preference for expertise in manual machining.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in operating Lathe, Manual, and CNC machines.
- Qualifications: A Journeyman card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Core Skills: Strong lathe operation expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Leadership Ability: Capability to lead and manage the machining department, if applicable.
- Expertise in running and troubleshooting various manual and CNC machines.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
