Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery, with a focus on print advertising and graphic design processes. This role is essential in ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Operate and monitor printing presses, ensuring quality control throughout the production process.
- Conduct prepress tasks, including layout design and color management to prepare materials for printing.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to understand project specifications and deliver high-quality printed materials.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping of materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Experienced Print and Bindery Operator : Can operate machine(s), do set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshoot machine problems with no assistance. Can also perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and train others on specific equipment.
