Needed ASAP, Lees Summit. Care Assistant for a lovely couple in Lees Summit 64081 area. Tues / Thursdays 7 : 30am-10 : 30am. Personal care, housework, meal prep. Good organizational skills to help with some projects. BEING A MORNING PERSON IS IMPORTANT, because their day starts at 5am, so your 7 : 30am arrival is key to helping to support them to get ready for the day. This is a consistent ongoing shift. We also consider every person who applies for any Qualicare of Lees Summit positions.
Clients join our family on any given day. We strive to give our clients consistency with the same Assistant, so that both the Client and Assistant can form their own relationship and routine. To their needs and your own work-life balance. With all of that said, we are asking for your commitment to the schedule when working with your client. We want them relieved to see a familiar face and we hope our Care Assistants feel a sense of PRIDE in giving this family consistency!
