Your Role:
- Implement and manage enterprise voice and data network solutions, including VoIP, LAN, WAN, and IP/MPLS technologies.
- Configure, test, and deploy network hardware and software components.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the Senior Network Architect on strategic network designs.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement security protocols.
- Identify opportunities for network optimization and performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and redundancy plans.
- Support incident response efforts for network outages and security events.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
- Eight (8) years of experience in implementing and managing voice and data networks.
- Extensive experience in designing and managing enterprise and industrial-level network architectures.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
Schedule: Standard work hours will be Mon-Thu in the office with potential review in 3 months to evaluate pace and performance to qualify for WFH opportunities!
