Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our high-quality concrete products and services to contractors, construction companies, and other clients in the construction industry. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding project needs, and achieving sales targets within your territory.
Responsibilities
- Utilize proven sales techniques to generate leads and attract new customers in the construction and concrete sectors
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals and share best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored product solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring profitable partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on direct sales, business development, or B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to upsell concrete products or services effectively, catering to customer needs
- Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of concrete products is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a timely and efficient manner
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
