Join Our Team as an Assembly Operator!
Location : Macomb County
Pay Rate : $16- $18 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (Overtime available as needed)

Key Responsibilities :
Assemble products using hand tools, machinery, and equipment following work instructions
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment
Perform quality checks and report discrepancies to the Team Lead
Complete safety and quality inspections as required
Document production output, downtime, and scrap
Assist in training new operators to ensure smooth production flow
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For :
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working with hand tools and assembly equipment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. repetitively
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
