Key Responsibilities :
Produce quality parts by following standard work instructions and control plans.
Perform quality checks using equipment like CMMs and gauges.
Conduct error-proofing and safety inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Operate manual or motorized lifting units to handle materials.
Diagnose and reset issues on manual, semi-automatic, and automatic stations.
Complete production reports, quality data, and end-of-shift documents.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills.
Availability for overtime and flexible to work any shift.
Preferred : Some technical training, previous assembly line experience, and a high school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Extensive walking, pushing, and pulling throughout the production area.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
