BUILD TECHNICIAN OVERVIEW : Assist in design, development and improve manufacturing processes of new or existing product by building and testing of prototype and low volume vehicles and electro-mechanical devices. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assemble, Inspect, diagnose repair and / or replace mechanical / electrical parts and components
- Build and service mechatronic systems
- Assist the engineering department with regard to product design to resolve product difficulties.
- Assembling & installing PCBAs
- Use of power tools required, to modify sheet metal and plastic components; this includes A-surface components.
- Ability to interpret CAD images, blueprints, schematics; basic PC skills required
