1st Shift: Experienced CNC Lathe Operator

1st Shift: Experienced CNC Lathe Operator
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for tasks including turning, threading, and boring.
Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand project specifications and desired outcomes.
Input and adjust machine settings and commands based on instructions.
Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
Conduct test runs and verify that machine outputs meet specifications.
Oversee full production cycles and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality results.
Inspect and measure finished products to confirm they meet quality standards.
Perform regular maintenance and checks to ensure machines are functioning properly.
