Compensation Analyst

Qualified has been engaged to locate a Compensation Analyst for their Detroit, MI Location. With 60 different areas of concentration and more than 350 attorneys, our client provides timely and cost-effective counsel to clients in numerous industries.
Position Responsibilities
- Reconciling multiple general ledger accounts related to payroll including compensation, taxes and benefits.
- building ad-hoc reports in Excel and ADP Work Force Now.
- monthly analysis reports like budget to actual and year over year comparisons
- processing payroll (exempt, non-exempt, monthly partner and contract)
- Annually creating the budget & projections, compiling data for workers comp audit
- Tracking Partner compensation deals for annual review process.
- Backup payroll administrator
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Proficient in Excel and Pivot Tables
- 4 years of Compensation / Analyst experience.
- Knowledge of compensation theory and practices a plus.
- Bulk Payroll Processing
Location Detroit MI (Hybrid 3 Days in Office 2 Days from Home)
Salary Range $85,000 - $95,000 a year
