Qualified Staffing of Cartersville is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a warehouse in Acworth, GA!

Pay : $18 / hr or more based on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Essential Job Functions :

  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally and timely
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Keep records of customer interactions and purchases
  • Communicate / work with production team

Job Requirements :

  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warehouse experience is preferred
