Qualified Staffing is seeking a Financial Analyst for our client in Warner Robins, Ga
Hours : Monday – Thursday 9-hour shift varying between 7 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm, Friday 4-hour shift varying between 7 : 00 am – 12 : 00 pm
Pay : $17 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze, and prepare financial documents.
- Organize and electronically track financial records and transactions.
- Enter and maintain financial data in the Management Information System (MIS).
- Monitor compliance with project milestones, deliverables, and invoicing.
- Reconcile commitment and obligation documents, ensuring proper reporting of FMS case obligations.
- Review accounting records to track expenditures and obligations.
- Maintain financial files to meet contract requirements and internal procedures.
