Position : HVAC Client Relations Specialists (Customer Service Representative)
Location : Richmond, VA
Compensation : Starting at $17 / hr – Based on experience
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm, Rotating Saturday on-call
POSITION SUMMARY :
The HVAC Client Relations Specialist plays a key role in managing various aspects of customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, driving inside sales initiatives, and plays an important role in the enhancement of the overall customer experience.
JOB TASKS / FUNCTIONS :
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by fostering a customer-centric mindset, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, service agreements, and payment discrepancies, while assisting with credit checks and walk-in requests.
- Promote cross-selling of services and renew service agreements to maintain long-term customer relationships; assist with activating customer accounts for rewards.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, tune-ups, and deliveries, ensuring optimal equipment performance and timely technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Efficiently manage customer service programs, maintain a positive attitude, and proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs.
- Other duties as assigned
