Inventory Analyst
Are you an experience Inventory Analyst? Are you looking for a long-term career? Qualified Staffing is hiring for a Food distributing company in Austin, IN that is seeking Inventory analysts. This position is a Direct-Hire opportunity!
Overview :
The incumbent performs a variety of Clerical and SAP Systems tasks. The position serves as the focal point for the coordination of all day-to-day Shipping / Inventory functions thus providing direction to union shipping and inventory personnel, office clerical and inventory control personnel.
Schedule :
Monday through Friday
Overtime will be offered based on needs
Responsibilities :
Assist building monitors with resolution of stock issues in bins and system information. (These tasks run throughout the day)
Transfer order confirmations for deliveries, stock placement and stock transfers. (Delivery confirmations primarily in the am as needed in the pm.
Cycle counts
Assist labeling / wareroom supervisors on stock placement and movement issues.
Research issues surrounding bright vs. labeled discrepancies.
Quality holds, although new processes need to be trained on.
Check warehouses for open rows and view system for accuracy.
Recreate license plates that do not exist and provide support to other areas that effect inventory.
Responsible for PSA confirmations and PSA balances
Consolidation of license plates and increasing / decreasing the quantities of plates as needed.
Create and confirm deliveries and transfer orders.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Computer literacy at an intermediate to advanced level
