INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK
Calhoun, GA
PAY : $17.22 / hourly
SHIFT : Weekends (7 : 00a-7 : 00p) Fri-Sun
Currently searching a candidate for an Inventory Control Clerk position for a local manufacturing client that focuses in area rugs, broadloom carpet and home accents. The Inventory Control Clerk will be maintain inventory levels and accuracy in a distribution center. This position is responsible for reporting, physical inventory, and system audits and for utilizing the inventory management system.
Responsibilities :
- Verifies clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts
- Prepares inventory reports to departments
- Data entry into inventory management system
- Investigates and reports inventory discrepancies
- Communicate and report any incidents for the Inventory Manager
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
