HIRING NOW : Machine Operator
16-17 / hr
De Pere, WI
1st Shift : Monday-Thursday from 5am-3pm; Friday from 5am-10am
The machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in manufacturing processes. The role involves ensuring that machinery runs smoothly, performing quality checks, and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Setup and Operation : Set up machinery for production runs according to specifications. Operate machines to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, finishing, or assembling materials.
- Quality Control : Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate production logs, recording machine performance, production quantities, and any defects or issues encountered.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to ensure efficient production workflows.
