Part-Time Contract Recruiter - High Volume!

Seeking an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to source and screen candidates for CDL Drivers and Forklift Operators.

This is a REMOTE position! Must have experience with HIGH VOLUME recruiting!Hours will be Monday-Friday 2-6P or 3-7P - approximately 20-25 hours per week!Pay will be $18-20 / hr DOE

Responsibilities :

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Utilize ATS and track hiring metrics.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting (transportation / logistics preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruiting tools - ADP a plus!
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
