Qualified Staffing is seeking a hands-on, detailed Warehouse Lead for our client in Montezuma, Ga.
Hours : Shift will vary
Pay : $19 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Train and support new hires and temporary associates
- Enforce SOPs and escalate issues to the supervisor as needed
- Ensure a safe work environment at all times
- Maintain quality standards to deliver top-tier products
- Assist in team development and training for critical roles
- Motivate and engage associates to exceed performance goals
