Prill Operator
O n the job training in Painesville, OH
Schedule is 4 days on 4 days off - 12 Hour Shifts 6 : 00pm - 6 : 00am (MUST be able to train on day shift)
18- $20 / Hour
Summary :
Prill Operator responsibilities include prilling tower and packaging operations of solidified Prill.
Responsibilities :
- Understand prilling processes and packaging systems as well as supply and transfer utility operations. Follow all SOPs in place.
- Perform equipment start-up, operation, and shutdown.
- Operate controllers, chillers, vacuum measurement gages, all packaging equipment. Transfer and process materials according to written and verbal instructions and troubleshoot this equipment type.
- Report irregularities to the supervisor; including faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions.
- Participate in equipment and physical plant cleaning and upkeep according to written methods and schedules
- Climb, kneel, lift 50 bag to chest height and tolerate inclement weather.
- Daily cleaning checklists once these areas have been cleaned and checked.
