As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to exceed client expectations by assisting with exceptional direct hire placements. As part of this process, you'll identify and engage qualified candidates. You'll also consult the client, help manage project expectations and collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible client experience. Your success will be measured by your submittal-to-interview ratio, interview to hire ratio, utilization rate, cost of hire percentage, along with client retention. This role is unique in that it is non-commissioned - allowing you to focus on quality of hire above all else.
