1st shift MONDAY - THURSDAY 5 : 30am - 3 : 30pm
SOME ENTRY LEVEL WITH ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
Responsible for performing assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment. Performs assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment.
Duties
- Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling,
- Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions
- Promote and support a safe working environment
- Inform team lead / supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processes
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates

- Standing / Walking expectation up to 70% - 100% daily
