ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualis Home Health Services is seeking a SCHEDULER. This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the caregiver and client schedules. The Scheduler serves as the "orchestra director" responsible for the directing and oversight of our multiple scheduling systems, WellSky & MyEVV.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Scheduler– Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ensure daily CAREStaff notes are submitted for all assigned shifts.
· Create and maintain CAREStaff schedules in multiple system (Wellsky & MyEVV).
· Understand our clients and their unique needs.
· Correctly match and assign CAREStaff to appropriate cases.
· Coordinate and conduct new client "Meet & Greets".
· Work closely with office staff to ensure appropriate client care and strong communication with caregivers.
· Coordinate and assign CAREStaff as emergency relief.
· Schedules client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.
· Contact caregivers and clients regarding any day-to-day scheduling changes.
· Participate in weekly staffing meetings.
· Monitor scheduling systems to ensure CAREStaff to ensure compliance with electronic visit verification (EVV) regulations.
· Maintains staff and client database (e.g. dates and reminders of TB, client admission, client hospital admission, and discharge).
· Create and maintain staffing statistics and reports (weekly/monthly).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
