Qualis Home Health Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a private duty case in Newport News , VA up to 40 hr a week .
POSITION DETAILS:
- Candidate must be willing to operate ceiling Hoyer lift to assist with lifting and transferring client (client average weight 100-110 pounds)
- Document subjective and objective observations and vital recordings electronically
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Perform ADLs (in some cases supervise)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willing to travel to client located in Alexandria
- Must have an active state of Virginia and/or compact license as an LPN
- A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience (home health)
