Receptionist duties:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients upon arrival and verifying insurance information
- Managing patient records and updating dental charts
- Handling billing and insurance claims
- Collecting co-pays and processing payments
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
Dental assistant duties:
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing dental instruments
- Assisting the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning
- Taking dental x-rays
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices
- Taking patient vital signs and medical history updates
- Performing basic lab procedures as needed
Required skills:
