Senior Data Engineer
The Role
As a Senior Data Engineer supporting Workplace Investing (WI) - Healthcare Group (HCG), you
are deeply entrenched in building data infrastructure, with a passion for using tools and
frameworks to guide the development of stable, robust, and resilient data environments that
best serve our business.
In an Agile structure you work closely with the Product Owner, Data Analysts, Data Modelers,
and other Data Engineers assigned to squads across product areas to build scalable, flexible,
and detailed data solutions that will improve the WI-HCG product offerings and speed time to
market. You help to drive conformance to the WI-HCG data strategy and Enterprise Data
Taxonomy.
You collaborate with other Data Engineers to establish and continually revisit standards for your
IT Chapter. You influence strategic designs and build solutions to help scale our business. You
are committed to staying hands-on, developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the
latest thinking to your role and to empower others with that knowledge.
