We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in United States!
Role - Business Analyst
Location - Remote (US)
Must Have :
Minimum 2 years Business Analyst experience
knowledge of Healthcare industry / understanding of claims process
Agile / Scrum Experience with project management tool expertise (JIRA)
Nice To Have :
Ability to write and understand basic SQL statements.
Knowledge and understanding of APIs and Webservices.
Familiarity with Cloud technologies and cloud services.
Ability to recognize repetitive business processes tasks and implementing process automation.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, or 4 equivalent years of related experience.
Minimum 2 years Business Analyst experience in analysis and design on software development projects in analyst role.
Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred.
Must have knowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing.
Must have knowledge of broad range project methodologies and best practices in Agile / Scrum.
Ability to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvements. Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and reprioritization.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, process modeling, and creating use cases.
Ability to handle unexpected changes and adjust plans as needed.
Ability to recognize and apply project management, business analysis and system analysis best practices to fit a variety of situations.
