We are looking for a Java Architect to join our growing team in United States!

Responsibilities :

Lead architectural efforts for application modernization using containerization platforms.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
Implement best practices in CI / CD integration, automation, and service mesh architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services.
Proven experience in cloud solution architecture, particularly in application modernization.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud, Azure, or similar platforms.
Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business value.
A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Alignment with our core values of integrity, innovation, and teamwork.

Must Have :

At least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or Application modernization lead or similar customer-facing role.

At least 10 years of software development in JAVA (Spring or JEE experience is an advantage).

Experience in analyzing applications architecture, experience in Domain Driven Design. Modernization experience is an added advantage.

Ability to handle complex technical environments and troubleshooting.

Experience working in Linux environments.

Ability to train customers and write technical documents.

Working knowledge with application servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.) - an added advantage.

Experience with Cloud-Native Architecture and modern Java runtimes - an added advantage.

Experience with containers and Kubernetes - an added advantage.

Nice to Have :

Claims Domain Experience, OCI Experience.

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $190,000.
