We are looking for a Change Management Lead to join our growing team in Remote (US).

7. Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and developing effective solutions to overcome obstacles
8. Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change, and helping others adapt to new processes and technologies

10. Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Assess the Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Develop a Digital Transformation change management plan based on the established framework and by working closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the organization
- Facilitate execution of the plans with different teams within the organization, such as the Digital Transformation Office, Marketing and Communications, Talent, Operations, Technology, Growth Org, etc.
- Track and manage timelines, and report weekly progress related to the Change Management Plans. Escalate challenges and obstacles to success.
- Support communication efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications with leadership approval
- Drive and report training efforts: Support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Assess, measure and report on change progress: evaluate, report on progress and adjust plans based upon feedback
- Coach others, such as management on change management
- Manage the overall change portfolio
Skills and qualifications:
- 3 years specifically leading organizational and large-scale change management initiatives
o Change management certification or designation, preferred
- Leadership presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
