How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Master CNC Engineering Technician, your primary mission will be advancing our machining capabilities. You will handle the intricacies of CNC lathe/VMC machines, while also being a pivotal part in crafting high-precision parts that set industry standards.
- Revamp design drawings into flawless CNC code to maintain production excellence.
- Be the meticulous eye ensuring every piece meets tightening tolerances and specifications.
- Lead efforts in maintaining a spotless and secure working environment and troubleshoot to keep systems in peak condition.
- Play an instrumental role in developing tooling, replacement components, and experimental prototypes.
- Efficiency is your second name; you'll establish and meet production benchmarks consistently.
Prerequisites:
- Rich background with over 5 years in CNC machining, adept at pushing machines to perform at their best.
- A deep understanding of CNC programming and the agility to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Communication skills that lead to seamless coordination in team settings.
- An eye for detail and a strategic mind for organization.
- While an Associate's in Machining or Mechanical Tech is advantageous, your extensive experience speaks volumes.
Physical Proficiency:
- Handling loads of 50 lbs with ease.
- Adapting to the physical demands of bending and navigating within the workspace.
