Production Assembler (B Shift)
Location: Fairport, NY
Shift: A Shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM)

We provide critical power monitoring solutions for utilities and power companies worldwide.
Role Overview:
As a Production Assembler, you'll operate various assembly equipment and collaborate across work cells to meet production goals. Training will take place on A Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) for 3 months before transitioning to B Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly equipment (e.g., hydraulic presses, drill presses, welding machines).
- Rotate between work cells to support production goals.
- Pack finished products and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and follow quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience.
- Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to bend, stand, and move around the work area.
