Position: Transportation and Inventory Specialist
About Us: Part of Fortive Ltd., Qualitrol specializes in pioneering solutions for electrical asset management, serving our clients since 1945.
Schedule: Your role includes a consistent 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities You Will Handle:
- Craft, review, and coordinate comprehensive shipping documentation.
- Facilitate seamless movement of goods across domestic and international fronts.
- Maintain detailed records and communicate shipment statuses effectively.
- Utilize shipping software tools such as UPS Worldship, among others.
- Drive order accuracy and prompt revenue acknowledgment.
- Optimize freight carrier selections based on time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Address and resolve any customs-related issues that arise.
- Perform regular inventory evaluations, ensuring systematic storage maintenance.
- Support the shipping and receiving team, stepping into leadership as needed.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma/GED; higher education is beneficial.
- Experience in shipping, augmented by background in clerical or customer service roles.
- Insight into US Export Administration Regulations is a plus.
- Operational knowledge of export processes and shipping systems required.
- Oracle experience is commendable.
- Exemplary organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
