Key Responsibilities
Client & Product Support :
- Provide tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 support when necessary.
- Triage inbound client requests and offer phone support as the first point of contact.
- Proactively guide clients from the initial quote through to order fulfillment, ensuring their success every step of the way.
- Assist with order entry and provide a seamless transition from order creation to delivery.
