As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and optimize campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 56,900.00 - 105,700.00
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and optimize campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
- Responsible for managing marketing automation tools, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling assets that support demand generation efforts.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Work with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to innovate and improve demand generation tactics.
- Additional duties assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in demand generation or a similar business to business role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
