This role ensures that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, meeting quality standards and production targets. The Supervisor will lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve optimal performance.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 67,700.00 - 125,900.00
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality specifications and standards. Implement corrective actions as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality issues. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Plant Manager.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and production staff. Ensure that all team members are informed of production goals, changes, and updates.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
