✅ Prospect, pitch, and close new business in the local multi-family and commercial building industry
✅ Build relationships with property managers, building engineers, maintenance supervisors
✅ Work with sales engineers and estimators to deliver competitive proposals
✅ Hit sales targets and earn big!
✔ 2 years of sales experience (HVAC, construction, or B2B sales preferred)
✔ Coachable – willing to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
✔ Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven personality
✔ Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals
✔ Willingness to prospect and build a pipeline of new business
