Job Summary
Quality Appliance is looking for an assistant manager / sales representative. This job allows a flexible schedule and offers competitive base pay with the opportunity for great income potential with spiffs, bonuses commission, and excellent overall compensation! This includes answering phones and assisting customers in person with purchasing new appliances in Mankato, MN along with helping the manager to run the store.
Job Description:
- Assisting customers who are looking to purchase new appliances
- Providing the best experience to all customers who enter the store.
- Making product recommendations based on customers preferences and industry knowledge
- Keeping up to date on products, features, and accessories available
- Managing existing accounts and building new commercial accounts with b2b sales
- Answering phone calls to assist customers with questions or issues and take messages
- Helping customers in person with parts, and scheduling service appointments
- Product preparation and setup, and occasionally loading products
- Helping to manage inventory and reordering products
- Reviewing expenses, and revenues, P&L, and processing bills
- Assisting with staffing, scheduling, customer service and management of store
Requirements:
- Some sales or retail management experience is preferred but not required
- Great communication skills and customers service abilities in-person and over the phone
- Good organizational and computer skills
- Team player, enthusiastic, goal oriented, optimistic, and driven
- Have a valid state driver's license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
