Regional Operations Director USA – Full Time – Permanent – Remote
This new, remote US role will initially focus on hands-on streamlining of operations and implementing identified efficiencies. As the company grows, the role will evolve as part of our growth journey, while continuing to deliver key operational goals. The successful candidate will source data for decision-making and demonstrate excellent leadership to support direct reports and stakeholders in embedding improvements.

What You’ll Do With Us
- Oversee and manage daily activities in the assigned region, measured by key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement operational policies and strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other department heads is essential to align operational goals with company objectives, identify process improvements, and lead productivity and efficiency initiatives.
- Line management to support development and engagement, fostering company culture and continuous improvement.
- Manage client relationships, handle escalations, represent the company in corporate initiatives, and contribute to business development through proposals and client meetings.
- Ensure successful project delivery, develop the QA team, and provide Quality Assurance services to external clients in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
- Effective client relationship management, acting as a point of escalation for risks and issues, representing the company in corporate initiatives, and contributing to business development through proposals and client meetings.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
