Overview
We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team. This position is designed for a highly motivated individual looking to develop their skills in a fast growing and high demand industry. The Management Trainee will gain knowledge in various aspects of our operations and prepare themselves for a career as a collision repair professional. This position will focus on management, front office, and administrative duties and does not involve personally repairing vehicles. While experience is welcome, you do not need experience in the collision repair field to apply.

Duties

• Training, assisting, and job shadowing in the following categories: Estimating, Production Management, Parts Management, and more
• Third party continuing education, such as I-CAR
• Future opportunities for advancement into a leadership role after training is complete

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a business or management related field, or in an automotive technical field preferred, but not required
• Strong basic computer skills, including word processing, e-mail, Excel etc. is required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including with customers and coworkers
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability and confidence to manage employees in a respectful but effective matter
• Valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and to advance in their career

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
